How it works
Record what happens in the salon once. SalonLog keeps the records organised and works out the numbers for you.
Record the work
Record what happened in the salon
Add the service, who did it, how much the customer paid and how they paid. That is the whole of it.
- If a customer had more than one service, record each one and choose who did it.
- Once you save it, SalonLog keeps the record and adds it to your month.

Save visit
One visit can hold several services
If a customer has more than one service in the same visit, record each service on its own line and choose the employee who did it. SalonLog adds the visit up for you.

Know what to pay your employees
You record the work. SalonLog adds up what each person did this month and applies the way you agreed to pay them, so the amount is ready before the end of the month rather than after it.
What you record
- The services each employee does, as they happen
- The way you agreed to pay each person, once
What SalonLog works out
- What each person’s services came to this month
- The amount to pay them, from their own arrangement
However you pay them
- Percentage
- A share of the services they do.
- Targets
- Their percentage depends on the target their services fall into that month.
- Monthly salary
- The same agreed amount every month.
Every amount opens up. You can see the services that made it up, so you can check what somebody is owed against the work they did.
SalonLog works the amount out. It does not pay anybody, and it is not payroll.

Stay in control
You do not have to be at the salon capturing every customer visit yourself. Add a receptionist and they can record the work as it happens, while what each person earns stays with you.
- Employee pay stays private. Your receptionist records the work employees do, but what each person earns is yours alone unless you choose to give someone access to it.
- Employees do not log in. You add them as the people who do the work, and SalonLog keeps their services and their pay against their name.
