Manage your salon from your phone, not an exercise book
Record your services, see how much your salon is making, and know how much to pay your employees at the end of the month without doing the calculations yourself.

You still have to add everything up
You recorded everything in the book. At the end of the month, you still have to sit down, add up every service and work out the numbers yourself.
You still have to calculate employee pay
You may only find out at the end of the month how much you need to pay each employee, because you still have to calculate their percentage or target.
The book stays at the salon
When you’re at home, travelling or away from the salon, you can’t simply open your phone and see what’s happening. You have to call someone or wait for an update.
Your receptionist records the work. You stay in control
You do not have to be at the salon capturing every customer visit yourself. Add a receptionist and they can record the work as it happens, while what each person earns stays with you.
Receptionist
What they can do
- Add a customer visitincluded
- Record each service and who did itincluded
- Record the amount charged and how it was paidincluded
- See the visits that have been recordedincluded
- See what each employee earnsnot included
Owner
What you can see
- Everything a receptionist recordsincluded
- What the salon took, and what is sellingincluded
- What each employee is to be paidincluded
- The cash that should be in the salonincluded
Employee pay stays private. Your receptionist records the work employees do, but what each person earns is yours alone unless you choose to give someone access to it.
SalonLog does all of that for you, from what you record as you go. How it works
